A weekend retreat for the TOP 20 gifted students of the Hradec Králové Region

The retreat is designed for talented students aged 16–19 with an interest in science, technology, and entrepreneurship who wish to develop their entrepreneurial spirit meaningfully and with strong character. The program focuses not only on ideas and skills but primarily on internal mindset, values, responsibility, and the impact of decision-making.

During the weekend, students work on specific projects for the development of Broumov, discover their roles within a team, learn the culture of collaboration, and encounter inspiring entrepreneurial stories. Through experiential activities, reflection, and individual personality profiling, they clarify their strengths, why they want to develop their talents, and whom their efforts should serve.

The Bootcamp serves as a gateway to further levels of mentoring within the Academy and supports young talents in combining their abilities with ethical intent and community benefit.
