Who will guide you through the program?

Petr Skondrojanis

COCUMA

He has been dedicated to the labor market, recruitment, employer branding, corporate cultures, and collaboration for 30 years. For 10 years, he has been building the unique selection platform COCUMA, and thanks to thousands of hours of interviews in companies that consciously work with corporate culture as a tool for success, he has also focused on mentoring C-level teams in recent years. Petr Skondrojanis claims that a truly functional and long-term sustainable company, where people do not leave, operates in a mode of balance between relationships and performance, and his long-term theme is the balance of the entire ecosystem, setting cultural and performance standards, and working with the value backbone of companies.

Michal Šoulák

eBRÁNA

A biker and brand consultant who says that building a strong brand is simply a habit. For the last 5 years, he has been working with traditional brands. To understand the reality of Czech industry, he even learned to weld. Today, he leads marketing at eBRÁNA. In his lecture, he will show what traditional companies can take from startup/youthful thinking – and why today it’s not the one with the bigger budget who wins, but the one with an AI-friendly and marketing mindset.

Karel Novotný

BRAND FAMILY

A marketing strategist with more than 25 years of experience who helps brands grow so that people not only truly like them, but above all, so that they are profitable. He believes that such brands have the greatest power today and that we should all strive for them. His portfolio includes the iconic Remoska, Tierra Verde, or the true LOVE brand Růžový Slon.

Otto Bohuš

MASTER OF TEXT

Ignites with words, caresses with sentences, kills with the punchline. For 20 years – as a copywriter, mentor, creator. He brings spark, juice, and a pulse back to sales copy. Shockingly, he uses craft, context, and psychology to do so. He has written a number of books that were never published. The exception is the trilogy Write Like a Copywriter (2013) and the illustrated Orbis Tweetus (2017). He creates copy from flesh, blood, and joy. He teaches students that text is not a decoration, but a living act. He leads toward passion in text, courage in marketing, and pleasure in life.
