A six-month marathon
TalentHUB +inovace is a program focused on a conceptual strategy to identify, develop, and maintain contact with young talents in the region. During the six-month academy, selected individuals will gain a knowledge base, valuable friendships, and contacts for their future development. These experiences will help them not only personally but also in their future professional or entrepreneurial environment.
The first year of TalentHUB launched in January 2025.
TalentHUB is thus a great opportunity for anyone who does not want to just sit passively in school and wants to work on their strengths outside of leisure activities. The program includes six key steps:
Individual mentoring from industry experts
Through individual mentoring by professionals who guide talent toward a pre-defined goal, regular meetings at courses and production workshops, and above all, membership in a community of talents from all corners of the Hradec Králové Region, academy members are enabled to stay in contact practically 24/7.
Job shadowing
For students who complete the six-month mentoring without absence and receive a positive recommendation from their mentor, we also arrange job shadowing in preferred companies or organizations within the Hradec Králové Region. This practical internship is a great opportunity for students to test their existing knowledge and skills, develop their potential, and gain unique practical experience.
