Test first, invest later

We provide this service in cooperation with the EDIH Northeast Bohemia consortium. We offer companies the opportunity to test selected digital technologies before the actual purchase.

The goal is simple – to reduce the risk of a bad investment. Companies receive an expert evaluation, recommendations for optimization, and support in selecting the appropriate solution.

Thanks to the implementation of a new manufacturing information system, for example, the production efficiency of Komerční slévárna Trutnov was increased by 6 to 10%.

Case studies

So far, we have helped seven organizations utilize the Test Before Invest service. Every project was different, but all were united by the effort to use technology smartly and efficiently.

• In Nové Město nad Metují, we tested an AI chatbot for customer communication
  
• With the company Gusto Energy, we tested smart moisture detectors in cooperation with partners from Liberec
  
• For the Třebechovice Museum of Nativity Scenes, a testing digital application was created that can complement the visitor experience in a modern way
  
• In Broumov we helped with the digitalization of the local cemetery management
