Certified program for future sustainability managers
The entire Academy program is divided into five educational modules dedicated to ESG, energy management, water management, digitalization, and decarbonization.
The educational blocks are built on real-world examples from corporate practice. Participants will thus become familiar with specific solutions that they can apply in their own organizations.
The three-month educational program connects the topics of ESG, energy, digitalization, and decarbonization, demonstrating how to translate them into concrete steps within a company.
The module also includes the preparation of one’s own proposal for a decarbonization measure that can actually be implemented in the company.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate and, above all, specific documentation for further steps in their organizations.
Pilot run of the Academy
The first run of the Academy took place from October to December 2025. Individual modules were led by experts who have long been involved in sustainability in practice.
The program guarantor was Lukáš Kalvoda (Greenometer). Energy management was led by Erik Odvářka (Digiplant), water management by Miroslav Maňásek (Aquarex WATERPROFIT), and the module dedicated to digitalization and AI was prepared by Jakub Brada.
Thanks to their experience, participants gained not only a theoretical overview but, above all, practical instructions on how to integrate sustainability into the daily operations of a company.
Program for companies from the region
The Academy was attended by 12 representatives of companies from various sectors in our region.
The feedback was very positive. The program received an average rating of 9.8 out of 10.
The Practical Sustainability Academy is designed as a systematic educational program that connects the topics of sustainability, energy, water, decarbonization, ESG, and digitalization, including the use of AI, into one logically coherent whole. Companies thus gain not just partial information, but an overall framework for decision-making that helps them manage sustainability as part of a long-term strategy.
