Industry 4.0, automation, robotization, digitalization

The KIP program at HRONOVSKÝ s.r.o. focused on the practical application of automation in industry and demonstrated how companies can implement robotic workstations, automated production lines, or modern control systems.

Industry 4.0, automation, robotization, digitalization – these are all terms that manufacturing companies encounter almost daily, not to mention the approaching Industry 5.0. Therefore, we addressed the following questions during the meeting:

• How can the operation or production of a specific product be semi-automated or fully automated?
• How can a product be manufactured on an automated production line from A to Z?
• What benefits does automation bring, how long does it take, and what does it cost?

Discussion and Production Tour

The discussion subsequently focused, for example, on return on investment, the efficiency of automation, or the combination of human labor and robotic technologies.

An invaluable part of the program was also individual consultations with experts, who provided participants with practical tips for production automation.

A major benefit was the excursion directly to the manufacturing plant, where participants could see automated processes in practice.
