Since 2007, it has been bringing together the perspectives of public administration, research organizations, major enterprises, intermediary and umbrella organizations, educational institutions, and other partners.
Competencies and Tasks of the R Council
- Actively participates in the strategic management of the implementation of smart specialization principles (RIS3) in the Hradec Králové Region
- Prepares and submits proposals for strategic approaches, schemes, initiatives, and background materials in the field of research, development, and innovation (R) to self-governing bodies, state administration bodies, partners, and the public in the region
- Supports cooperation between organizations and institutions involved in R
- Develops cooperation with other regions for the exchange of experience and joint R initiatives
- Proposes significant programs and projects in the field of research, development, and innovation, collaborates on their promotion, and monitors and evaluates their effectiveness
- Acts as an expert advisory body for the Hradec Králové Region in announced public R tenders, pursuant to Act No. 130/2002 Coll., as amended
