DobroL\u00e1dovna is an example of a company built on a powerful story, a high-quality product, and clear value for society. They produce jams, caramels, chutneys, freeze-dried fruit, and other delicacies from local ingredients, while simultaneously creating job opportunities for people for whom mainstream employment may be difficult to access. <\/p>\n\n

It was this combination of honest craft, entrepreneurship, and social impact that caught our interest from the very beginning. In DobroL\u00e1dovna, we saw a brand with the potential to grow not only commercially but also as an inspiring example of responsible business. <\/p>\n\n

First Encounter with Business Through the Eyes of Investors<\/h2>\n\n

One of the first steps of our cooperation was DobroL\u00e1dovna’s participation in the Investor Day at the University of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9<\/a>. The company had the opportunity to present its story, products, and future direction to investors and experienced experts from the field. <\/p>\n\n

For DobroL\u00e1dovna, the Investor Day at UHK was an opportunity to verify how its brand and vision are perceived outside of daily operations.<\/p>\n\n

Such feedback is very valuable for a growing company. It helps identify strengths, reveal areas for further development, and look at one’s own business with greater perspective. <\/p>\n\n

AI as a Practical Helper in Marketing<\/h2>\n\n

Another topic that naturally opened up during our cooperation was marketing and the use of artificial intelligence. DobroL\u00e1dovna participated in the networking event AI in Marketing<\/a>, where they could be inspired by specific examples of using AI for content creation, customer communication, and brand management. <\/p>\n\n

We followed up on this interest with specific support. We enabled the company to complete an internship focused on AI in marketing in cooperation with YDEAL<\/a>. The goal was not only to introduce new tools but to show how they can be used directly in DobroL\u00e1dovna’s daily practice\u2014when planning communication, creating texts, working with social media, or finding new ways to reach customers. <\/p>\n\n

A Story Worth Showing<\/h2>\n\n

DobroL\u00e1dovna also participated in the filming of a promotional video for EDIH services. Thanks to this, its experience became part of a broader story about how digitalization, new technologies, and expert support can help even smaller companies, social enterprises, and brands with a strong regional identity. <\/p>\n\n
