class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competencies and Tasks of the R Council<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively participates in the strategic management of the implementation of smart specialization principles (RIS3) in the Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 Region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepares and submits proposals for strategic approaches, schemes, initiatives, and background materials in the field of research, development, and innovation (R) to self-governing bodies, state administration bodies, partners, and the public in the region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supports cooperation between organizations and institutions involved in R<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develops cooperation with other regions for the exchange of experience and joint R initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proposes significant programs and projects in the field of research, development, and innovation, collaborates on their promotion, and monitors and evaluates their effectiveness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts as an expert advisory body for the Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 Region in announced public R tenders, pursuant to Act No. 130\/2002 Coll., as amended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List of Members and Statutes
