Manufacturing technologies at your fingertips

At Innomia a.s., participants of the latest Regional Innovation Platform learned about industrial 3D printing technologies and their use in the production of tools, prototypes, or spare parts.

The program was led by the company’s director, Luboš Rozkošný, who introduced technologies from the manufacturer EOS as well as specific real-world projects. Attendees thus gained insight into the world of DMLS, SLS, and LCS technologies—ranging from metals and plastics to ceramics.

Excursion to the production facilities

The meeting also included a tour of the production premises, where participants could observe the manufacturing process directly at the machines that create final parts from metal powder or plastic granules.

The event concluded with a lively discussion with experts regarding the specific technological challenges of today.
